Recorder

Preparatory Instrument Programme (PIP 1 and 2): This is a two year course for children 7-9 years who have had less than two years prior music learning or are new to learning music. Students will learn how to play the descant recorder, basic music skills such as note reading, rhythm, pitch, playing in a group and they are also encouraged to develop good practice habits. You can purchase the course book, practice CD and Aulos Recorder from local music suppliers.

This year, we are offering Violin or Keyboard as alternative options to the second year of Recorder.
